Anyone can join, bring a friend! A flash mob of dancers dance students and dance enthusiasts of all ages erupt in a spontaneous and choreographed dance routine under the direction of COCAs hip-hop instructor Redd Williams. These flash mobs will take place throughout the year, and continuing at fairs and festivals throughout the metropolitan area.
