Scott Doorley and Scott Witthoft, co-directors of the Environment Collaborative at the highly-regarded Hasso Plattner Institute of Design — the d.school — and co-authors of Make Space: How to Set the Stage for Creative Collaboration will share lessons learned about designing environments that encourage creative collaboration and fuel innovative thinking. Doorley and Witthoft will explore some of the over 120 specific strategies that Make Space offers to readers to design spaces that foster collaboration, creativity and innovation. This keynote will challenge business professionals to see the limitations of cubicles, corner offices, and conference rooms, and begin to think about the possibilities of re-making them.
A box lunch and networking opportunity will follow the keynote. Copies of Make Space: How to Set the Stage for Creative Collaboration will be available for purchase and signing.
Special pricing consideration will be given to groups, students, and non-profits; please contact Tori Gale at (314) 561-4908 for more information.
