Erik Kuhn is a St. Louis-based actor, technician and stage combatant. He earned a BA in Drama from Washington University in St Louis, focusing on technical work and acting, where he also spent a summer studying theater at Shakespeare’s Globe in London. Since graduation, he has performed over a dozen times and worked on scenic and lighting for over two dozen productions with numerous local companies. He also began studying stage combat, primarily under Dueling Arts International and its founder/former-president Gregory Hoffman and has worked on fight direction for several local companies and educational institutions. After assisting Gregory with classes at the American Conservatory Theater’s MFA program in San Francisco, he completed an apprenticeship through DAI to earn his certification as an Associate Instructor of stage combat.
