Kathleen joined COCA in 2015 as the Assistant to the Executive Director, and transitioned to the position of Development Associate in 2016. Kathleen’s primary responsibilities include managing a portion of COCA’s grants portfolio and managing COCA’s Annual Fund. Prior to moving to St. Louis, Kathleen worked as Project Manager for Arts Education Collaborative (AEC) in Pittsburgh, PA. While there, she managed AEC’s professional development programming for school arts educators, educators from arts and culture organizations, and school administrators. Kathleen graduated from Ohio University with undergraduate degrees in Music Education (she is a certified K-12 Music Teacher), and Music Theory. She earned her Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012.
