COCA is pleased to offer need-based financial aid on a limited basis through the generous support from patrons, foundations and corporations. Financial aid is awarded regardless of race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation or national origin. Financial assistance is determined by family income and awarded on a sliding scale.
Financial aid is awarded on the availability of funds for the entire year-this includes the Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer semesters. Financial aid is not available for COCA Summer Arts Camps. Aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed for all applicants. Approximately two weeks after the end of the application period, letters are sent to applicants notifying them of their status. Applicants must reapply each year. Funding availability, account standing and attendance all affect an individual's ability to receive/maintain financial assistance.
Withdrawal PolicyTuition fees will be refunded (less a $25 processing fee per class), if the student withdraws before the semester begins.
