COCA is pleased to offer need based financial aid on a limited basis through the generous support from patrons, foundations, and corporations. Financial aid is awarded regardless of race, sex, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin. Financial assistance is determined by family income and awarded on a sliding scale.

Financial aid is awarded on the availability of funds for the entire year-this includes the Fall, Winter/Spring and Summer semesters. Financial aid does not cover COCA’s summer camps. Aid is awarded on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed for all applicants. Approximately two weeks after the end of the application period, letters are sent to applicants notifying them of their status. Applicants must reapply each year. Funding availability, account standing and attendance all affect an individual’s ability to receive/maintain financial assistance.

Please note, applications are available annually from July 1 through July 31. Additional application periods may occur depending on the availability of funds, please check back for additional dates. Applications will be available both online and at COCA U-City.
