Individual tickets: (2010-2011 Season not available at this time) Purchase tickets on line, by phone (314-725-6555) or in person (no handling fee) at COCA’s reception desk.

Tickets for Children: The COCA Family Theatre Series is designed to be best enjoyed by children ages 3 and up. Because of the family-oriented nature of these performances, every individual entering the theatre must have a ticket, regardless of age. Please take this into consideration when purchasing tickets for your family.

Ticket Exchanges: COCA does not offer refunds on ticket purchases.

Patrons may exchange tickets for COCA Family Theatre Series performances. An exchange fee of $4 per ticket will apply for individual ticket buyers. Subscribers may exchange tickets free of charge.

Please note that tickets may only be exchanged for an alternate performance time of the same show. Exchanges are subject to availability. Your request will be filled with the best available seats matching your preference. By exchanging tickets, you are releasing your original seats. Your original seats cannot be held once new seats have been assigned through an exchange request.

Ticket exchange requests will be accepted no later than 48 hours prior (24 hours prior for subscribers) to your ticketed performance or your preferred performance – whichever comes first. Tickets cannot be exchanged at the door.

To request an exchange, return your original tickets and exchange fees to the Box Office in person during Box Office hours or by mail. Please include your name, phone number, and the date and time of your preferred performance. Your original tickets and exchange fees must be received before issuing new tickets. Ticket exchanges cannot be processed by phone, fax, e-mail, or website.
