Making a tribute gift is a convenient and thoughtful way to celebrate a special occasion, honor a friend or family member, or – in the form of a memorial gift – to remember a loved one. The honoree or designated person receives a card acknowledging your contribution. Your name is listed as the donor, but the amount of the gift is not indicated. In addition, you will receive a card acknowledging your tax-deductible gift, with the amount indicated, which will serve as a receipt for tax purposes.

Making a gift to an endowment fund is a way of helping ensure COCA's sustainability. Consider making a gift to one of the following funds:
  • Scholarship Endowment Fund
The Scholarship Endowment Fund ensures that the gifted young people who will become tomorrow's professional musicians, dancers, actors or visual artists receive the level of training they need and deserve, regardless of their income. COCA offers part and full-time scholarships to students in financial need. The following named endowment funds have been established in honor of loved ones, family members, or COCA staff members.
  • The Lee Nolting Dance Scholarship Fund
  • The Stephanie Riven Scholarship Fund
  • The Peter J. Witte Memorial Scholarship Fund

For more information about making an endowment gift to one of the following established funds or to establish a new fund, contact Gina Wake at (314) 725-1834 x144, .

You are invited to join other friends of COCA who have made a very special commitment to COCA through their estate plans or other planned gifts. Planned giving enables you to give gifts of assets that benefit your family now and in the future. Planned gifts include gifts through your will, charitable annuities, life insurance, pooled income funds and charitable trusts. These gifts ensure the stability of the institution for future generations.

Whether you are a long-time COCA member, a dedicated patron, or have just recently discovered the magical COCA experience, you can establish a legacy of support that will secure COCA's success for generations to come.

If you have remembered COCA in your estate plans, we encourage you to notify COCA by filling out and returning the Bequest Allocation form.
