Fall Fundraiser

The Fall Fundraiser supports COCA's multi-faceted Urban Arts and Scholarship Programs making it possible for more than 3,000 students per year to have access to arts education programs. COCA dedicates over $600,000 to the Urban Arts Program with the core belief that the arts can be an effective tool for student learning.

The Urban Arts Program includes Interchange, a collaborative program with 35 arts organizations that brings integrated arts education practices to 10 schools in the St. Louis Public School District, after-school arts programs, and the COCA Scholarship Fund that makes programs available to 300 students per year who enroll in classes and workshops at COCA in University City.

The Stephanie Riven Legacy Fund has been created to fulfill an important goal for COCA. With this fund, COCA hopes to eliminate the balance on the 2005 renovation/expansion of the COCA facility in order for COCA to move forward debt free. This would put COCA on the path to long-term sustainability and help to ensure that all children who wish to participate at COCA, can do so in a safe and secure facility.
