Conditioning for Dancers

This class is specifically geared toward dancers of all disciplines utilizing classical Pilates and Yoga movements. This class is designed to develop strength, flexibility, and control in order to improve alignment, turn out, balance, posture, and placement. This is an effective conditioning method for dancers seeking to perfect their technique. It is also the perfect warm-up for any dance class. Class designed for Intermediate and Advanced Dancers.
