Students make both savory and sweet dishes using pumpkin as a key ingredient in this virtual workshop. From savory pumpkin dip to smoothies and pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream, they are sure to enjoy exploring this seasonal ingredient. Along the way, they learn basic kitchen safety and develop new cooking skills. Please list any food restrictions or food allergies on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to the workshop. Grocery box is available the Friday before class.
