Our programs develop creative competencies in four distinct but complementary areas: leadership, communication, collaboration and ideation.

In each area, we select from tried and tested training modules to build custom COCAbiz engagements. Our goal is to ensure that individuals and teams emerge from our training inspired, engaged and confident.

COCAbiz has worked with more than 30 St. Louis-area partners, including U.S. Bank, BJC Healthcare, Wells Fargo Advisors and Nestle Purina.

“The Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is one of BJC Healthcare’s key efforts to develop the full potential of emerging leaders. In the past year BJC selected COCAbiz to provide two unique workshop experiences for LAP, ‘Collaborative Design’ and ‘Artful Speaker.’ Participants are always fully engaged and challenged! The COCAbiz approach of pairing high level teaching artists with business facilitators provides a powerful and memorable way for our future leaders to explore, reflect and develop the collaboration and communication skills that are more and more essential to serving our patients and community in an environment of increasing rapid change.”
– Krista Junge Director, Organizational Effectiveness
“[Our custom] workshop embraced the philosophy that there is more value in being an active participant than sitting in a chair listening to someone speak. The sessions brought curiosity to life and challenged us to think differently.”
Stephen Trammell, Brand Manager

“COCAbiz’s Artful Speaker teaches our people to looks and sound like the experts they are and gives them the confidence to make compelling presentations that build consensus and further our mission to transform communities.”
Vincent Bennett, Chief Operating Officer

“Monsanto is committed to developing leaders to foster a workplace emphasizing collaboration, communication and creativity. COCAbiz worked closely with Monsanto to design an intensive two-and-a-half day workshop for high potential leaders that many cite as one of the most memorable and effective learning experiences of their careers. COCAbiz arts-based activities and reflections opened new perspectives on collaborative leadership that will shape individual leaders and the serve the Monsanto organization for years to come.”
