Art curation is the practice of archiving art and other cultural relics to tell a story or preserve history through selection, sequencing/arrangement, labeling and textual references. Students will use a field trip to Saint Louis Art Museum as inspiration to further their understanding and practice of curation and its relevance in our world. Using common, everyday objects they will curate their own mini-exhibit to tell a story that reflects their respective interests. Field trip included in the price.
