Learn to create a wide range of entrees and desserts that are entirely gluten-free while also avoiding processed foods and allergens. Students learn techniques for replacing allergen-filled ingredients with clean ones while practicing basic kitchen safety and reviewing cooking skills. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under "special needs" on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
