Susie Wirthlin

Susie Wirthlin is a St. Louis native who has always loved theatre. After graduating from Clayton High, she went on to receive her BFA in Acting in 2013 from Millikin University, where she was a full-ride Presidential Scholar. Susie has been working as a teaching artist since 2010, when she started teaching with the Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis. Since then, Susie has worked extensively with COCA, The J’s Youth Theatre Program, Interchange St. Louis, STAGES St. Louis, and SFSTL. Susie currently serves as the Resident Teaching Artist at STAGES St. Louis, where she teaches numerous classes and Outreach programs in the St. Louis region. Susie has also been acting professionally since earning her degree, most notably with the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Ozark Actor’s Theatre, and as a member of the 2014 Educational Tour with the Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis. Susie is thrilled to be back with COCA for what’s sure to be a fun-filled summer!
