Will Bonfiglio currently serves as Director of COCAbiz. He holds a MA in Nonprofit Management with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis, a MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, and a BA in Organizational Development and Theatre from Vanderbilt University. Through COCAbiz, Will has worked with a variety of corporate and nonprofit clients throughout the Midwest, including, Ameren, Bayer, BJC HealthCare, Commerce Bank, Rung for Women, Starkloff Disability Institute, St. Louis Community Foundation, and Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to having a background in management and organizational development, Bonfiglio is also a professional actor. He has performed with many regional theatre companies, including ERA, Max & Louie Productions, The New Jewish Theatre, Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, SATE Ensemble Theatre, Stray Dog Theatre, and Variety Theatre. In 2017 and 2019, he received the St. Louis Theatre Circle Award for Outstanding Actor in a Comedy. He came to COCA and the nonprofit arts world after working in the field of international education and is an alumnus of the Fulbright Program.
