Experience the arts & celebrate your birthday or special event at COCA
Make your next birthday or special event unforgettable with an arts experience at COCA! Our party packages are fun for the kids and effortless for parents. All parties include a COCA teaching artist and dedicated party host to handle the details and make sure you and your guests enjoy the celebration.
Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00–4:00PM and must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve your date and time with the balance due on the day of the event. Event rates are based on the two-hour event plus 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for set up/clean up. All food and decorations are provided by the client.
What COCA Provides
- Digital invitations for your guests
- A party host to help with set up, greeting and directing guests, supervision, loading out gifts, and clean up
- A 45-minute to 1-hour arts activity with a teaching artist including all necessary art supplies
- A private room with tables and chairs; designated present and cake tables with black tablecloths.
- Digital thank you cards for your guests

- Food and drinks (refrigeration available)
- Decorations (no glitter or nails in the walls permitted)
- Serving utensils
- Plates, napkins, utensils

Ballet Ball
Dance like a ballerina with a 45-minute pre-ballet dance class in one of COCA’s beautiful studios, followed by one hour of party time in our private gallery. Package includes dance class led by a COCA teaching artist, a dedicated party host, and use of dance props such as tutus, ribbons, wands, and crowns.

Open the trunk and discover an adventure with a 45-minute creative drama class in one of COCA’s beautiful studios, followed by one hour of party time in our private gallery. Package includes class led by COCA teaching artist, a dedicated party host, and use of theatrical props.

Learn high energy, fun musical theatre dance steps and choreography to family friendly songs in a one-hour class in one of COCA’s beautiful studios, followed by an hour of party time in our private gallery. Package includes class led by a COCA teaching artist and a dedicated party host.
