Fall Semester begins SEP 8 Review Health & Safety Guidelines

Financial Assistance for Classes and Camps

This year, we are launching a new process to apply for financial assistance at COCA. Remember, even if you are currently receiving financial assistance from COCA, you still need to reapply!

Upcoming application periods:

  •  April 1 –
This application period will cover 2020 Summer Camps, 2020 Summer Classes, 2020 Fall Semester, and 2021 Winter/Spring Semester

We will notify applicants within one week of application submission of their financial assistance status. Applicants must reapply each year.

Assistance is awarded regardless of race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation or national origin. It is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed for all applicants. The amount of aid is determined on a sliding scale by family income.

Financial assistance will be revoked if students or parents do not meet the high expectations or standards set by COCA. These include a 75% or higher attendance rate, as well as behavioral and financial obligations.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • A completed and signed application form.
  • 2019 Federal Income Tax Return (2018 will be accepted for Summer Camp applications submitted before April 15) for all members of the household. COCA does not use Social Security numbers; you may conceal this information. If you do not file taxes, a W-2 or paycheck stub can be provided. Please provide copies as these will not be returned. COCA does not have a public copy machine and cannot provide copies.
  • A copy of any State/Federal benefits that members of your household receive, such as housing assistance, social security, SNAP, etc.
