Allison Rapini

Allie Rapini, Senior Managing Director, oversees the Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources departments at COCA. Allie’s professional experience is heavily rooted in management development, compliance, and risk management. Prior to her current role, Allie was the Director of Human Resources at COCA. She has played an active role in creating employee enrichment, leading benefit analysis, and process improvement during her time at COCA. 

Allie earned a bachelor’s degree in human services with a minor in music from Millikin University. She also has a Professional Human Resources certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
