Amanda Snow


Director of Facilities & Operations

Amanda Snow serves as Director of Facilities & Operations at COCA. She joined the COCA team in 2012 as a Patron Services Specialist. Since then, she has served as the Operations Manager, where she played a key role in the 2018 renovation of COCA’s historic Kuehner West Wing and the construction of COCA’s new Ferring East Wing, completed in 2020. Amanda is responsible for the management of COCA’s facility, including capital improvement projects, and management of daily operations. She also provides oversight for emergency, safety and security programs, information technology strategies, facility maintenance and vendor management, and sustainability initiatives. Her team includes COCA’s Operations, Patron Services, Audience Services, and Rentals departments. 

Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
