Director of COCAbiz

Will Bonfiglio has served as Director of COCAbiz since 2019, developing and facilitating creative professional development workshops to corporate and nonprofit partners across the country. Some recent partners include: Ameren, Bayer, BJC HealthCare, Comcast, Commerce Bank, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Edward Jones, LaunchCode, Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, Regions, Rung for Women, SixThirty, The SoulFisher Ministries, Starkloff Disability Institute, St. Louis Community Foundation, TEDxStLouis, Washington University in St. Louis, and YWCA Metro St. Louis.

Notable achievements under his leadership include launching virtual COCAbiz programming, expanding COCAbiz partnerships to increase access for nonprofit and community organizations, and developing equity-centered programs around social justice and inclusion for historically marginalized communities. He also recently developed a full-time UX/UI Design course for COCAbiz, which includes units on visual art and design, accessible and inclusive design, and cross-cultural design.

In 2020, he was selected for the Leadership St. Louis program through FOCUS St. Louis. He earned a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management from Washington University in St. Louis, where he also completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development and Theatre from Vanderbilt University. 

His theatre and acting work can be seen across the region, and he is the proud recipient of three St. Louis Theatre Circle Awards. An alumnus of the Fulbright Program, he previously worked in the field of international education for over five years.
