Internships and Fellowships
COCA’s Leadership Development Program provides hands-on training in all aspects of the production and administration of one of the nation’s largest multidisciplinary community arts centers. It is through this exposure to professionals at work—and to their audiences and community—that our Fellows and Interns learn what the arts mean to the life of a community, and how the life of a community enriches its arts. COCA’s Fellowships and Internships are designed to provide a springboard to a professional life in the arts.
COCA offers several season long Program Fellowships for recent graduates and early career arts professionals (stipends are available) as well as semester-long Internships (unpaid positions).
